Experience
Jess began surveying with Cochran in the Spring of 2004 working in the Union, Missouri area as an instrumentman.  In 2005, Jess was promoted to Party Chief.  In May of 2008, Jess joined Elgin Surveying & Engineering, Inc.  Jess's experience includes ALTA/ACSM surveys, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, flood certificate surveys and construction staking.

Jess is a member of Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors (MSPS).
