Experience
Linda a Project Engineer  for Elgin Surveying & Engineering, Inc and joined the firm in 2005.  She has over ten years experience in public works design and construction management.  She prepares detailed plans and specifications, and oversees the production of construction plans.  She has extensive municipal engineering experience including construction phase administration and inspection.
