Experience
Hugh is Coordinator of Office for Elgin Surveying & Engineering, Inc. and oversees research and survey preparation.  He joined the parent company R.L. Elgin & Associates in 1973, and has over forty years experience in surveying, beginning as a construction engineer with the U.S. Army in Europe.  Hugh compiles survey and other project data related to all types of engineering/surveying works including all applicable documents of record: deeds, easements, surveys, and ownership data.
