Coursework in Civil Engineering, Missouri University of Science and Technology, 1968-1969.

Experience
Bob joined the parent company R.L. Elgin & Associates in 1970, and has over forty years experience in surveying.  He became a Missouri Licensed Land Surveyor in 1981. An accomplished and thorough surveyor, Bob has experience in all types of surveys, including: GPS surveys, aerial photo control, boundary retracement, construction staking, topographic surveys, site surveys, precise leveling, hydrographic surveys, quantity determinations, and accident site surveys.

Bob is a member of Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors (MSPS).
