Surveying
We have extensive surveying experience, having performed over 23,000
surveys in Southern Missouri for individuals, corporations, realtors,
attorneys, banks, utilities, municipalities, architects, consulting
engineers and state and federal agencies. We have performed many

Engineering
Our engineering department has designed the site civil work, plat
layouts, and infrastructure construction plans for a variety of
residential and commercial developments and municipal rehabilitation

We work closely with
developers to create land development designs that meet their needs and
enhance the surrounding communities. Our engineers work with local
and state authorities to produce sound engineering plans with the
required permits. Our subdivision projects range from one lot to over
a hundred, and each is unique, tailored to the developer and the land to
be developed.
Mapping
Our mapping department has completed many digital mapping projects
including county maps, ownership plat books, improvement districts
and base maps for cities. We have also completed CAD based
engineering surveys and mapping related to Missouri Department of
Transportation highway relocation projects, and mapping related to
litigation and court exhibits.
